Neurotransmission: Spontaneous and Evoked Release Filing for Divorce
Neurotransmitter release can be evoked by action potentials or occur spontaneously, but the relationship between those modes has been unclear. The direct visualization of release events has now shown that individual synapses display preferences for evoked versus spontaneous transmission that are determined by the release machinery at active zones.
متن کاملA Study of Related Factors Leading to Divorce from the Viewpoints of Mahmudabad’s Couples Filing for Divorce in 1396-1397
Extended Abstract: Introduction: Based on Statistical Center of Iran, the rate of divorce has increased in the recent decades. Changes in the society, as a developing country, can explain some parts of the increasing rate of divorce. Due to the complexity and ambiguity of divorce phenomenon, and the importance of having a healthy family in society to meet the basic needs such as love, belongin...

متن کاملAcute dynamin inhibition dissects synaptic vesicle recycling pathways that drive spontaneous and evoked neurotransmission.
Synapses maintain synchronous, asynchronous, and spontaneous forms of neurotransmission that are distinguished by their Ca(2+) dependence and time course. Despite recent advances in our understanding of the mechanisms that underlie these three forms of release, it remains unclear whether they originate from the same vesicle population or arise from distinct vesicle pools with diverse propensiti...
متن کاملUse-dependent AMPA receptor block reveals segregation of spontaneous and evoked glutamatergic neurotransmission.
Earlier findings had suggested that spontaneous and evoked glutamate release activates non-overlapping populations of NMDA receptors. Here, we evaluated whether AMPA receptor populations activated by spontaneous and evoked release show a similar segregation. To track the receptors involved in spontaneous or evoked neurotransmission, we used a polyamine agent, philanthotoxin, that selectively bl...
